§01 — General questions

What we're asked most often.

No. Banco Stellantis is a fictional mock-up created for educational purposes, to illustrate a banking website architecture. No real account can be opened and no licence exists.

The opening process happens in three steps described on the Accounts page: identity verification, choosing a plan, then activation within 48 working hours in this demonstration scenario.

In this fictional scenario, a typical application includes an ID document, proof of business activity and the last three business account statements.

No, all rates, amounts and durations shown on the site are illustrative examples meant to demonstrate the interface, with no contractual value.

The service described on the Grants page identifies relevant support schemes and helps put the application together, without guaranteeing the grant is awarded — the decision always rests with the reviewing body.

The form on the Contact page lets you, as part of this demonstration, simulate getting in touch with a fictional advisor.

The site was designed following WCAG 2.2 level AA guidelines: sufficient contrast, keyboard navigation, semantic structure and text alternatives.

No real personal data is collected or stored: the information shown (balances, statements, clients) consists of static examples included in the site's code.
